Mr. Pig’s Maple Syrup
Wisconsin’s Purest Maple Syrup — Handcrafted in Small Batches
Perfection Comes in Small Batches
Big box syrup companies produce thousands of gallons in one go.
Not us — each batch is between 8 and 15 gallons. Leading to a perfect product — every time.
Welcome to the Gold Standard of Maple Syrup — the best Wisconsin has to offer.
A pristine 1-quart jar of Mr. Pig's Purest Wisconsin Maple Syrup is an excellent option for pancake lovers and anyone with a large family. In other words, if you are a habitual pancake or waffle eater, this is the item for you.
Best for the casual syrup consumer -- perhaps you like a little organic sweetener in your coffee -- or you like to put a little on your ice cream. In other words, pancakes aren't your daily go-to breakfast.
Great as a gift, or if you’re not a heavy maple syrup user -- perhaps you like a little organic sweetener in your coffee -- or you like to put a little on your ice cream. In other words, pancakes aren't your daily go-to breakfast.

Perfecting the Craft since 2004
We’ve been perfecting the craft since 2004 — now it’s available to the public.
What started with 50 taps in 2004 is now 610 and a much smoother operation.
Until recently, to get this syrup, you had to know us — now that we’ve solidified the craft, we’re making it available to the public.
What’s with the Name?
A lot of people ask what’s up with the name. Well, it all started with Stephen Mahner’s nickname. As a baby, he’d cry and make a little piggy noise after. Imagine that however you choose.
The name stuck. So, when Stephen took an interest in the Syrup operation, he decided to call it Mr. Pig’s Maple Syrup.
We like the name - it feels pretty unique especially when compared to the ocean of sameness in the maple syrup space.
